Mr. Renfrow joined Exchange Bank in 2001. He is a graduate of Westminster College. Mr. Renfrow is also a graduate of the Cannon Trust School. Mr. Renfrow is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). For more than fifteen years he has worked with clients in the areas of estate and financial planning and investment management. He is a native of Jefferson City, and has lived here for more than 30 years. Mr. Renfrow is a past president and a current Board Member of the Rape and Abuse Crisis Service, is a current Board Member of the Jefferson City Public Schools Foundation, is a member of the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce and the Jefferson City Host Lion’s Club.

Ms. Schroer received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri (Columbia) in 1990. Before joining Exchange Bank Trust Services in 2003, she was a partner in the Union, Missouri, law firm of Baylard, Billington, and Dempsey PC. Ms. Schroer had been engaged in practice at law with this firm for six years, focusing her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and gift taxation, and trust preparation and administration. Previously, she had been employed in the trust tax services department of NationsBank (now Bank of America) in St. Louis and as an estate tax attorney for the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Schroer is active in her local church, is currently serving on the Board of Directors and as Service Committee Chair of the Zonta Club of Jefferson City, and volunteers in the Jefferson City Public School system.

Mrs. Walsh has more than thirty two years of banking and wealth management experience. Donna located in the Lee’s Summit, Missouri, New Longview branch of Hawthorn Bank and serves on the Trust Committee of the bank. She is active in a variety of civic organizations, including the Lee’s Summit Rotary Club, The Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce and the R.A. Long Historical Society. Donna makes her home in Lee’s Summit and is married with one son. She is available for appointments anywhere in the Kansas City metro area.

Mr. Houser is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Marketing and Management. He has a combined 12 years experience in the areas of marketing and business development. Mr. Houser has worked extensively in the Jefferson City Business community marketing financial and health care related products. Mrs. Prenger joined Exchange Bank in 1979 where she began her career in the Loan Department. In 1982 she transferred to the Trust Department where she has held a variety of positions. For many years she was responsible for the Trust Operations area and is currently serving as a Trust Administrator. She is a native of Jefferson City and has lived here all her life. Mrs. Prenger has completed courses through the Center of Financial training, Sungard training for Trust Operations and Nichols Career Center. Mrs. Prenger is active in her church where she currently serves as Treasurer. She volunteers at Immaculate Conception School and is a member of the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce.
