- How much does it cost for a personalized card?
There is a production fee of $5 per personalized card. - How can I edit my photo?
You may drag the corners of the photo to enlarge, minimize or rotate your photo. Please be sure to keep the photo large enough to cover the entire card surface. You may also click on any of the tool icons in the upper left-hand corner of the card designer to zoom in or out, move, flip or rotate your photo. - How long will it take to receive my new card?
Once the new card photo is approved, the typical delivery time is 2-5 banking days. - Will my new card have the same card number, expiration date and PIN?
Your card number and PIN will remain the same. However, your expiration date will be extended (changed). If you have any recurring payments, please update your card information with those merchants. - What happens if my card photo is rejected?
You will receive an email notice that your card photo has been rejected. You may submit a different card photo. You are not charged the $5 fee for rejected images. - How often can I change my personalized card design?
You can change your card design as often as you would like. Just remember that production charges apply. - Can the joint owner of my account have a different card design?
Yes. The joint owner or authorized user of an account may have a different design. Please note the production charge for each card. - Lost, Stolen and Compromised Cards:
New cards will be issued with the standard Hawthorn design. You may personalize your new card anytime. Just remember that production charges apply. - What happens when my card expires?
