Mobile Device Security TIPS
- Enable the fingerprint ID and/or password function on your mobile device. Use the keypad or phone lock function on your mobile device when it is not in use.
- Frequently delete text messages containing your account information especially if you are discarding your mobile device.
- Never disclose any personal information via text message (such as account numbers, passwords, social security number or date of birth).
- Report a lost mobile device or phone number change to Hawthorn Bank immediately.
